Finally - A better nights sleep!

I've been using Holistik sleep for over a year now, and it has become part of my bedtime ritual. I always had trouble falling asleep, my mind would race with random thoughts making settling in to sleep difficult. Holistik sleep has changed that. I take it about 30 minutes before bed, and find I usually fall asleep in 10 minutes. The best part, I tend to stay asleep, and I don't wake up feeling groggy. Holistik works!
