These are amazing and truly life changing sticks (don't let their potentially unassuming or inconspicuous looks fool you)! They've been life changing for me! I will start by admitting that I was a bit nervous about what they'd taste like (which in retrospect, I've tried some pretty downright disgusting things in the past in my persuit of help with focusing so I'm not sure why I was so nervous lol). I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it and found that there was almost no discernable taste- and even more surprised when I barely tasted it mixed in just water! I like and appreciate both methods to mix these into my drinks. I used the peel and stir method for taller glasses and the pop and pour method for shorter glasses. The powder is incredibly fine which made it satisfying to watch but more importantly allowed it to dissolve quickly, easily and completely thoroughly! There was NO residue left on the bottom of my cup! I wan't sure if the peel and stir method would work properly or if it would get clogged up, but looking closer at the packaging, it was abundantly clear that nothing whatsoever was overlooked and the attention to detail in creating these is incredible and thorough down to every last detail! Now onto the best parts, the impact and effects! These provide a subtle onset to where it's barely noticable and very unlike any other products I've tried along these lines (and I've tried so very many!)! It was smooth, steady, pleasant and most importantly incredibly effective! I've never experienced such a calm yet focused feeling as these provide (and didn't really think the two could even coexist!)! After a little while I started to notice that I was more tuned in to what I was working on and was very productive and completing things quite efficiently- even though I had all but forgotten I'd even used this! My executive functioning was actually functioning! I was rather surprised to find that I even retained information in a more thorough way than I typically would have and with much more ease as well! I most definitely didn't expect to have long term benefits from this such as improved retention and recall! It's important to note that all of these things took place with no negative effects of any type! I've used them multiple times now and I've never had anything even remotely negative or unpleasant about any part of the process of using them-before during or after- whatsoever! There were no jitters or any sort of a noticeable point when it was or would have been starting to work nor when it was wearing off, which really says a lot because usually I can tell precisely when other products along these lines begin to enter my system as well as when they begin to wear off. That was not the case with these! The best way I could summarize my experience is that it was as though it was how I feel I'm supposed to be functioning, yet not how I typically actually do. The beneficial and helpful traits of being more focused, better/more targeted executive functioning (of my choosing!), being able to be calm yet focused simultaneously all while feeling incredibly clear headed as well as multiple other positive effects/aspects were amplified and in ways that simply don't usually come as easily or naturally to me. Adding to all the positive things, the fact that there were absolutely no negative effects at all from this, nor before or after either, makes me feel as though I've found a unicorn of a product that I didn't think I'd ever find or that it actually existed in real life! I also appreciate the natural ingredients, that there are no artificial sweeteners or anything I wouldn't typically want to/feel good about putting into my body. Although in my persuit of help with focusing etc, I've gone against what I'd prefer through other products in the past in my attempt to try to find something that would work or help, and I'm far from perfect. That being said though, it's beyond wonderful to know that I won't have to do that anymore now thanks to these! The blend of every single well thought out ingredient makes this a product for which I am extremely grateful for and that I truly have no comparison for! It's mind blowing in the best of ways and something I look forward to utilizing and being able to add to my days! It's clear that much thought and attention went into ALL of the details and decisions through the entire process of creating these from the ingredients all the way to the packaging and everything in between! I'd enjoy if a larger package with multiple servings in it could be available as well. These achieved something I had all but given up on thinking I'd ever be able to find! Alas, it's here though, an amazing, well made product full of wonderful ingredients that are not only extremely beneficial and effective but that are actually healthy too and of course that actually help me get and stay focused!

LOVE the concept & potential
I loved having the opportunity to try these out for a first time. They are super unique! The name is catchy and goes well with product - HOLISTIK the packaging is super bold and modern. It makes you really interested what's inside. And, how easy to use.. just a stir. stick for your beverage! The supplemental facts are clear. Having different flavors and focusing on different wellness concerns like fo us and stress are a great way to aim. These would be amazing to see hit the OTHER green industry and in an on the go packet form!! Love them though

I seriously love the vibe of this product. It’s super portable and can be stirred right into the water that you are drinking anyway. You can recycle the packaging when you are done. Now on to the best part…..I feel more focused! I have a lot of work on my plate and this seriously is a great helper! I cannot wait to try the other varieties!

I love the product but the design of the stick could be better. I appreciate the calm, non-jittery pick me up. I wanted to use it in coffee but coffee cups are not tall enough. I would appreciate it if the stick was shorter and wider to be able to get all of the ingredients out, easily.

Hi Dawn, thank you for your review! There are actually two ways to use the STIK to help with shorter glasses. The other is to pop off the small cap at the bottom of the STIK (opposite end of the logo) and the powder pours right out. These are great! I'm more focused and not all over the place so more stuffs getting done throughout the day! There's no jitters or horrible tired come down feeling. And they're flavorless! I've used these in water, tea and coffee! 2 ways to use these. 1 is peel and stir and rhe other is pop and pour. Very travel friendly, I've carried these in my purse, backpack and back pocket! These sticks are recyclable and affordable!

I was hesitant of trying this Focus. I was afraid of feeling jittery. I was so surprised. Focus stiks are wonderfully amazing. I am relaxed and very focused. My train of thought is clear. I did mix it in my morning coffee. It does not alter the taste of my coffee at all and NO jitters. I love it!

POV: 5⭐ I'm a 68 yo female & I get tired very easily. I've seen this HOLISTIK hemp focus STIK 10mg apparently to have a fast-acting, Hemp Wellness blended with natural lion's mane and green coffee. It took me a minute to figure out how to open it & put it in my glass. It smells a little earthy & the taste is a little earthy but not bad! I used a 4oz glass with room temperature purified water, took the stick & stirred HOLISTIK content in the water glass. The contacts in the glass dissolved very quickly. I drank this & waited. I decided to go to bed after getting my YT commentary together & decided to clean my room which I've been trying to do for over 6 Mo's. Within about 20 to 25 mins I had a burst of calm happy energy I Kid You Not! I cleaned my room, I wasn't tired! I relaxed by taking a shower & later continued writing up my next commentary for my next YT show! Woke up the next morning feeling good!! I do recommend this product %.
